About Us
The company started and was incorporated with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh in 1993. It started as a shipping and logistics services company to provide international ship-owners and operators with a professional service based on sound knowledge of shipping and law.
The company successfully represented a number of ship-owners and operators and continues to exclusively represent some of the leading names in shipping including SAL Heavy Lift GmbH and United Heavy Lift GmbH of Germany and has earned the level of skills that owners do not send their representative or supercargo to attend their vessels at the ports of Bangladesh.
We also carried several STS (Ship to Ship) cargo operations at Kutubdia Deep Anchorage, Lightening exercises at Chittagong Outer Anchorage as well as at Mongla Fairway even during monsoon weather conditions.
We are also the first and the only company that has attended and successfully accomplished cargo operations at Matarbari anchorage.
Experience
Since 2009, we have partnered with Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS)—an organization of the Bangladesh Armed Forces—for sourcing and supply chain management. We facilitate the transportation of raw materials from Thailand, Vietnam, and South Korea to SKS’s Mongla Cement Factory. Representing top global heavy lift carriers, we ensure the safe discharge and delivery of project cargo, including power plant equipment, dredgers, and other heavy lifts.
Pioneering the one-stop logistics solution in Bangladesh, we offer comprehensive services, including sea transportation, customs clearance, surveys, and secure delivery. SKS was the first to adopt this solution, benefiting from seamless delivery of cement clinker to Mongla Port. We have also provided similar solutions to Messrs Abdul Monem Ltd, a leading construction firm, by transporting aggregates from Vietnam and the UAE to project sites across Bangladesh. Diversification
The company decided to expand and diversify its business in 2016 and happens to be the proud pioneer in aggregates trade.
We happen to be the first and only company in Bangladesh to have entered and chartered a panamax vessel MV Mega Star to carry 73150 MT Aggregates followed by an ultramax MV CP Guangzhou to carry 62000 mt and several supramax vessels including MV Darya Bhakti to name a few.
