Khandaker R. Zaman, Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Zaman is the CEO and Managing Director of Allseas Shipping Ltd., bringing over three decades of experience and expertise in the shipping industry.

After completing post-graduate studies in shipping at the prestigious Australian Maritime College, University of Tasmania, he worked with leading global shipping companies, including P&O Containers and Nedlloyd Lines, in Australia. His extensive international experience has played a key role in shaping his leadership approach.

As CEO and Managing Director, Mr. Zaman is responsible for driving Allseas Shipping’s vision, overseeing operations, and steering the company’s growth strategy in the competitive shipping and logistics sector. His deep understanding of the maritime industry, combined with his commitment to operational excellence, ensures that Allseas maintains its position as a leader in the field.

Mr. Zaman is also a Fellow of the Institutes of Management in both Australia and Singapore, further cementing his reputation as a seasoned leader in the global shipping industry. His leadership is focused on innovation, sustainability, and expanding Allseas’ impact in the global maritime and logistics markets.

Mahdi Khandaker Trading Executive

Mahdi Khandaker has recently returned to Bangladesh after gaining study and work experience in Australia. Now serving as a Trading Executive at Allseas, he brings technical and scientific experience to the company’s trade operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of New South Wales and his experience working for major Australian corporations has helped standardise the company to keep in line with the ever-changing industry practices for Allseas, while offering a fresh perspective into our shared vision of expansion.

In his role, Mahdi is focused on supporting the growth and efficiency of Allseas’ trading sector, leveraging his academic knowledge and industrial insights to navigate market trends and opportunities. His commitment to the family business and desire to contribute to Bangladesh’s development drive his dedication to the company’s ongoing success.

Mahdi plays a key role in the trading of non-renewable fuels and sustainable technologies energy development. He will also be diversifying the company’s interests into pharmaceuticals and medical technology alongside his existing partnerships in the ceramic industry. His efforts are vital in helping Allseas strengthen its position in this dynamic industry, while also contributing to the nation’s energy needs and economic growth.

Hasnain Khandaker Chartering and Shipping Executive

Hasnain holds a Bachelor of Applied Commerce from TAFE Australia and brings extensive experience to his role as Chartering and Shipping Executive at Allseas. He previously worked as Operations Manager at CTC, a leading retail tobacco brand, where he gained expertise in operational management, inventory control, and Human Resources.

Hasnain further developed his logistical expertise at Kalgin Global Logistics, where he gained an understanding of various aspects of the maritime logistics industry. His time in logistics also helped him build a broad global network, with connections spanning Australia, Far East and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South Asia,  enhancing his ability to manage international shipping and trade.

Having returned to Bangladesh, Hasnain is eager to contribute to the nation’s welfare and the growth of Allseas. As Chartering and Shipping Executive, he focuses on optimizing Allseas’ shipping operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and supporting the company’s expansion in the global shipping and logistics markets.
